The driving force of IQC-UK is predominantly one of professionalism and quality of service, which is based upon the proven skills of its people.

It is therefore the policy of IQC-UK to establish and maintain effective schemes for the approval and certification of management systems as well as the delivery of management system, under the umbrellas of Accreditation Bodies and IAF requirements.

IQC-UK is a living and dynamic entity relying upon the input from Accreditation Bodies, Clients, the Advisory Board and internal personnel to enable on-going improvement and relevance to all stakeholders.

IQC-UK is an independent Certification Body, which aims to provide an impartial, realistic and practical approach to its client’s certification requirements.

IQC-UK Policy Framework is as follows:

  • Operate a management system in compliance with the requirements of ISO 17021.
  • Meet any specific requirements of the IAF.
  • Carryout business activities in a non-discriminatory manner.
  • Ensure that audit activities are carried out in accordance with our scope of accreditation and within the requirements of ISO 17021, ISO 22003 & Other Accreditation requirements.
  • Offer a service to the best of our abilities, which is independent and impartial and seen to be fair, cost competitive and of high integrity.
  • Undertake continual improvement in the way we conduct our business and the services we offer.
  • Avoid imposing undue financial or other conditions on clients or potential clients.
  • To ensure that our staff understand the philosophy of IQC-UK, and to train them to fulfill their talents, whilst operating to agreed formalized management systems.

The organization shall have access to IQC-UK certification services. In addition, access to any of the certification services shall not be restricted on the grounds that the applicant does not apply for other services or it is member of particular group or association.
